With almost 60 people employed with a proud fleet of 19 coaches, central to the success of their diverse selection of tours is the engagement with the consumer, the delivery of relevant information and content which will drive customer satisfaction. The solutions and services we provide to the Extreme team are built on our iGuide framework and ensure that the team in Extreme are focused on engaging with the client and allow the business workflow to operate in an efficient and effective manner.

 

 

 

Solution:

Extreme’s digital footprint is managed end-to-end by our team of designers and developers. Our iGuide product is the back-bone of their web and app presence. With all content managed and distributed by our own content management system, this centralised system enables immediate, personalised and location relevant additions and modifications. With a fully integrated e-Commerce module, the client can book tours on-line with the transactions being exported directly into their billing system. Comprehensive reporting modules regarding usage levels, enquiry activity and booking information empowers the team at Extreme to focus on where the customer demand and requirements lie.
